A handsome Victorian rosewood chiffonier, rich in colour and character, with beautifully figured grain throughout. The piece features two frieze drawers above a pair of panelled cupboard doors, each door showcasing striking natural patterns in the timber that give it real presence. Inside, a single shelf provides practical storage, making it as useful as it is decorative.

The proportions are pleasing and versatile, ideal for use in a hallway, dining room or sitting room. The warm patina has developed nicely over time, highlighting the depth and variation of the rosewood. Raised on small turned feet, it has a grounded, elegant stance typical of the period.
