A handsome antique pedestal desk crafted in warm-toned mahogany, featuring a classic twin-pedestal design with elegant proportions and attractive traditional detailing. It is of neat size adding to its charm. Despite its size it offers ample storage, with an arrangement of multiple graduating drawers fitted with original turned wooden knobs and working keyholes, ideal for organising papers, stationery or collectibles.

The rectangular top retains a leather writing surface framed by a moulded edge, showing gentle age-related wear consistent with its history and adding to its authentic character. The desk stands on original castors for ease of movement and is finished on all sides, allowing it to sit comfortably in the centre of a room as well as against a wall.
