Suzani patterns are all handstitched to create beautiful embellished embroidery carefully crafted by master artisans. Traditionally made by brides and mothers on their wedding day as a part of the dowry and then presented to the groom. They represent the binding of two families and are adorned with symbols of luck, health, long life and fertility.
