An impressive gothic inspired wardrobe circa 1930's, beautifully crafted in solid oak with a warm golden patina. Richly decorated with characteristic Gothic tracery, comprising pointed arch mouldings above a reeded central panel and an arched blind arcade below, all enhanced with finely carved foliate spandrels. The upper frieze is adorned with an intricately carved band of scrolling foliage and shell motifs, while matching Gothic-inspired carved panels continue around each side. Captivating from angle! A wonderful piece for a bedroom or to use in a hallway as a coat closet!
