A charming late Victorian oak drop-leaf table, dating from the early 20th century.  Raised on turned barley twist legs with stretcher supports, this is a solid and well-made piece with lovely proportions.  The table features two drop leaves, making it versatile and practical, ideal as an occasional table, side table or lamp table, or by your favourite reading chair.  A good honest example of period oak furniture, sturdy and full of character.
