A charming pair of early 20th century armchairs featuring elegantly carved walnut cabriole legs with shell motifs and scroll feet.  The graceful curved arms and softly shaped backs offer both comfort and classic form.  Upholstered with a beautifully woven fabric, in a colour that is hard to pin down but ranges from golden to greenish yellow, possibly a soft chartreuse and definitely in the neutrals territory.  Its warm tone compliments the patina of the walnut.  These chairs would sit beautifully in a sittingroom, bedroom or hallway.
