This elegant antique French pitch pine bedside pot cupboard dates from the late 19th century and features a distinctive white marble top set above a single frieze drawer and a recessed panel cupboard door. Originally designed for bedroom use (to house a chamber pot) the piece is elevated on four ring-turned legs that are joined by a matching pine under-tier for additional display or storage. The warm, prominent grain of the pitch pine provides a rustic yet sophisticated character, making it a versatile addition to any interior as either a nightstand or a side table and it would be fab in a bathroom.
