This is most likely made by Titchmarsh and Goodwin of Suffolk in the early 20th century, however no makers mark or plaque is visible but it bares all the resemblances of one of their classic Wine Cupboards. What we know for definite is that it is a drinks cabinet and made in the Jacobean style from quarter sawn oak which has built up a beautiful mellow patina over the years.  Solid and so well crafted it is full of quiet presence.  The panelled doors have attractive shaped detailing and the original brass hinges and drawer handles add to its charm.  It is raised on sturdy bracket feet.  

Of course it doesn't have to be used as a drink's cabinet, it would work equally well as a linen cupboard, especially with the pull out shelf for handy folding, or as a pantry, or towel storage in a bathroom...it's hugely versatile.
